By creating an account, you agree to use Sunshine Dream for its intended purpose — helping you plan and navigate an international relocation. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

Sunshine Dream provides information, structured guidance, and AI-assisted support to help you understand your relocation options. Our content is researched and regularly reviewed, but immigration rules change — and individual circumstances vary.

Nothing on Sunshine Dream constitutes legal, immigration, financial, tax, real estate, medical, or other professional advice. Sunshine Dream provides information, structured guidance, and access to a marketplace of independent professionals.

For formal visa applications, legal decisions, financial or tax planning, property transactions, medical decisions, or other professional matters, you should work with a qualified professional in the relevant country or field. Where available, Sunshine Dream may enable you to connect with these professionals directly through the platform.

The Dreamer tier is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

Any information you share with Sunshine Dream (intake answers, Navigator messages, contact form submissions) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it to provide our service. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for any purpose beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Sunshine Dream for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Share your account with others
• Submit false or misleading information that could harm other users or our team

Sunshine Dream is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee outcomes — visa approvals, processing times, or specific requirements are ultimately governed by foreign governments, not us. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sunshine Dream after that date constitutes acceptance.
